Anyone got that problem?
I just try to log in to FUT, this message shows every time "We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA ultimate team..." and the only thing can be done is returned to the main menu.
It happened 3 days age.
EAhelp ask me to reconnect my wi-fi, but my friends account works fine in my place.
I never cheat and I did not get any email about banned, not even a warning.
so what should i do now, how can i solve it.
I cannot even see my player on Companion or Web App.
also, everything works perfect in FIFA 15, except FUT.
I still can play friendly match online with my friend, so should not be wireless problem.
I just want to play the game asap, if it is missing data or even banned (should not happen) just let me know that i can solve it with EA or start a new account.

look at these topics. We all have to face the same. An advisor say we have to wait, other says we are banned (even if we didnt do any illegal)
It's just like that if i bought a television after then the manufacturer would come and break the screen...

i have this problem aswell for the last 7 days i cannot connect to fut and get the same error code

Exactly same problem, taking it back to the shop as faulty and getting basic Fifa 15, save myself £30 EA sports are **bleep**
