Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? joh0522
Which mode has this happened in? FIFA Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? FUT Champions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 06052019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 09:20
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account history. I havent played FIFA or any other game on my XBOX for months. I bought Xbox live gold and redeemed my WL qualification because i had points from my last WL finish laying around from a few months prior. I noticed this morning on the APP that i was not qualified. I contacted your support wich lead me here.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant play WL this weekend wich i was really looking forward to, unless its a bug in the app? Atleast it says in not qualified there, havent checked on my console however since im at work.
What should be happening instead? I want you to qualify me for this week like ive already done but dident work.

The best thing to do in a situation such as this @joh0522 is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

 

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
