VSYNC! Cannot make it work externally!

Dear FIFA devs,

I can't force VSYNC, be it with the ATI CCC nor D3DO nor RadeonPRO. Only happens in FIFA 15.

Win7 x64.

Please resolve the set pieces going to 30FPS when on VSYNC mode in your game options, or make the game compatible with external VSYNC tools.

This is BUGging me royally.

This glitch still happening, it's terrible to shoot at set pieces with 30FPS, if I disable the Vsync my game plays about 500FPS full time and becomes too fast, totally non-sense, so, please fix the Vsync.

EA is only showing which type of company they are by not fixing simple things in games, they're the worst company about support in the world.
