Keep getting this notice appear when the game boots up, unable to log in and play Fifa unless it's Kick Off or Skills mode. My dad logged in on his account, on the same Xbox and had no problems at all.
Spoken to a chat representative this morning who gave me a list of 5 things to try including hard reboot, clearing the Blu Ray memory etc but none of it worked.
Any ideas?

Have you tried deleting your current personal settings file, from the Customize menu?
You should be able to find this from head to Customize-Profile-Delete.

To shed some more light on this, I've logged in to our 2nd Xbox upstairs and everything works fine on there, on the downstairs Xbox, it pops this message up all the time, someone help!

That appears to have sorted the problem. I went through and deleted all the "autosaves" and squad files etc and it seems to work fine now.

This was likely due to some corruption in the files, causing it to be unable to be loaded

@Tomlawrie987@slobin123 What you can do is go into your settings and find "Customize" and then select "profile". Then go to delete squad data. Delete everything in there except for your customized saved data for your career mode if you happen to have any. Restart the console and it should be sorted for you.
