Team changed and all controls set to Y button

Figured out it was a corrupted settings file.

Fix:

Delete settings out of the documents folder. Which then resets the game. I deleted it as i first opened the game and it was going through opening credits so that when i loaded the game it asked for new settings of fav team, etc. Should be good from there on .

Which documents folder and which settings are we supposed to delete?

@KeeganJ29 The folder is at C:\Users\"Username"\Documents\FIFA 19\settings, if you delete that folder the issue should resolve itself.

I've deleted it then it was fine. Now like a week later it's happened again. This is like the 4th time it's happened

Try disabling Origin's cloud saves first - Sounds like your settings file is being restored from the cloud.

Disable cloud saves in Origin, Application settings, Installations and Saved Game States. Turn them off. Then change the name of the FIFA 20 folder to e.g. FIFA 20 copy, this directory is located in% USERPROFILE% \ Documents or% USERPROFILE% \ My documents, then restart the game.

Warning! Single player game saves may be lost (Career mode). The backup copy of locally saved games will be in the "FIFA 20 Backup" folder.

Hi. I seem to be having the Y glitch with all of my controls in Fifa 21. How would I fix this and I also packed Mbappe but it said card not found and then kicked me off the game?
