Team changed and all controls set to Y button

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? My team switched from Barcelona to Chicago Fire and in game when playing all of the controls are set to Y. I can't edit the controls either because if I do the game crashes.
What should be happening instead? My team should be Barcelona and I should be able to edit my controls without the game crashing.

When you first start FIFA you are given the choice to select a specific team. I chose Barcelona. When I launch the game now it shows Chicago Fire. And now when I try to play a game all of my actions are set to the Y button. This shouldn't be possible. I have tried uninstalling, repairing, changing controllers. Nothing works.

yeah, i cant figure out how to change them either is there a way to change them? also most of the other controls besides y say unused

Hey all, super odd.

Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a Career Mode/Journey save file. Then let me know if this persists?

I really need a fix for this I can only play kick off and I want to play the other modes...
