What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 01:00 AM
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I received a server cannot process your request issue just at the end of the match. A match which was obviously scripted, I had over 26 shots and the opponent had only 4 shots, I won in extra time and immediately when the match ended I received a message saying that the server can't process my request, not a disconnection message, a message that the server can't process my request.
What happens when the bug occurs? The match was counted as a loss
What should be happening instead? The match should've been counted as a win

It sounds like you're being disconnected just before the game is able to upload the results @Dinana.
I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
