PSN Account Linked to Unknown EA Account

I'm sorry if you were misinformed @harrydstanton1.

If our account recovery team have told you that they will be unable to grant you access to the account in question then there is nothing that can be done to change this. The best thing to do is put together as much information as possible in order to try and verify ownership of the account.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. People at EA are unable to read a query.  This is shocking

Hey @harrydstanton1 if your Gamertag is linked to an EA account then this means that you would have linked or it or else someone with access to the email and password attached to your Gamertag linked it. As such, the only way it can be unlinked is by the account owner.
