In reference to the 'scheduled' (yer right) maintainance EA sports have used as their excuse. This response in not adequate considering the level of annoyance from your customers. Firstly, define maintainance, and do not provide a political response, give an ANSWER. Secondly, maintainance implies that it was predetermined does it not? Explain why you had to perform maintainance at this particular time, and why you thought this was an ideal time to perform said maintainance. Again give an answer, an answer, do not deter from what is considered an answer, do not just give a response. Finally, why was there no mention of maintainance until the associated issue had been present for longer than a day? This is suspect. Excuses come at a cost. It costs respect. An excuse implies you are responsible for the fault. Providing responses but not answers shows that the answer, the real reason, is in pleasing to the victims. People love FIFA, I love FIFA. People want this product, however, people are willing to deny themselves a pleasing product and settle for an inferior alternative if it means an enemy does not profit. Please keep this is mind. You are losing friends for the reasons I have forementioned.
