Hi Barry 

thank you you for getting back to me 

but it’s been spelt out quite clear that EA do not want to help genuine people when needed I have uploaded an image of my portal showing someone from USA logged into my account on the same day as me (from Pontefract) 

wiped my account 

bearing in mind all my best players were untradable

tradable - hazzard & de gea 

these are are the only ones I’m bothered about the rest and the coins that got stolen I could live without 

it’s not fair to be treated like a cheat when you can clearly see the suspicious log ins but ea just don’t want help all I get is sorry no suspicious activity 

i dont understand what what needs to be shown 

all the time effort and money invested in this game to get my team 

and this is how I’m treated absolutely shocking 

I buy this game every year and invest money every year 

just gutted
