My account is locked as well ( I am using fifa 2015 on my pc and I forgot my security asnwer ) . When I log on to the fut website it doesn't ask me for a security answer or anything. I am from Bulgaria so I can't contact a game adviser as it says the following - In order to provide the best possible security for the safety of your account, we can only take account security contacts via phone. Phone support is available daily (Monday-Saturday) from 9:00AM to 9:00PM local time ; and when I click call me it says that it`s only for USA and Canada...What about the other countries ? How do we get help in this situations ?

Contacting the so-called game advisor does not help.
They are just going to "escalate" your case to so-called "specialist", and say that someone is going to contact you by email.
In the end, no one is contacting until the end of the world.
I am not going to play any EA product, ever!

the same here, I have played fifa since 1995 on vertually every console going. trying to fix this problem has been a real pain in the arse. I've still not been sorted a total waste of time. I can never play fifa again as it wont let me play FUT.
