I had bid on Timo Werner but lost and didn’t get my coins back, i bid 10,500 coins please could i get a refund?

Sadly No refund, no assistance from the Ea team, they say “no issue” on their side and that you should just live with it. After the time and money invested . I quit playing fifa cant handle their arrogance.
