Login validation captcha keeps saying incorrect

I tried to login to my Fifa 19 ultimate team through my ps4 and it asked me to enter number captcha. I did loads of time with 2 friends hanging around and every single time it says i did it wrong. I tried to access my account through companion and it said i’m logged in through another device while i couldn’t even login though my ps4.

Need urgent help please as it is Black Friday and Fut champions Weekend league and i don’t want to miss much.
