I got Locked out of my account because I forgot my question please help as soon as possible

Hi KManSmurf1,

There are two workarounds to fix this problem:

1. If you have access to your trusted console (the console where you previously played FUT), simply log into this console and reset your security question and answer.
   • Your reset information will carry over to your new console and the Web App.
2. If you do not have access to your trusted console any longer or you are continuing to have trouble logging into your Xbox One / PS4, contact one of the game advisors to help reset your security question and answer.
