I can't see how the update would return the missing points.  It may solve the orginal problem, but I can't see how this helps get our points back.  A simple database query should be able to solve the problema weeek ago. In a queue to speak to an advisor again mileyindifferent:

Hi,

sry that the information i got from the advisor was useless.

I just chatted again. And -as in the first chats- they didn't have any information

During the chat the advisor gave me the hint that he can forward an complaint from the chat. So i wrote some formal "letter" and copied it into the chat.

I explained the circumstances and I asked for the time when refunds are made. And if there is a reason why this jumbopack-issue prevents the refunds, they should explain ist. Cause that's the main thing that i don't understand.

As soon as i got further info i will post it here.
