In a practice duration if i click any of the button then FIFA15 stucks

while starting an online match, In a practice duration if i click any of the button then FIFA 15 is getting stuck

And if i am not performing any action in the practice duration, Once the game started then i am getting an error message "Error occurred ,you are no longer synced to online matchs.

Please help
