I get the unhandled exception error

I know this has been raised quite a few times before, but I've read through many threads and haven't found a solution.

I'm on Windows 10, with an all-in-one 2023 dell computer, the graphics card is an Intel(R) HD Graphics 2000, which is DX 11, I disabled the anti-virus, and still can't run FIFA15. Keep getting the "unhandled exception error". 

Any help would be highly highly appreciated, as my son is very frustrated.

Your assertion about "many" forum answers about that error seemed not be other than an exaggeration, since immediately below your message was the only answer you needed to see:

Intel's free video IGPs do not meet the requirements for much of anything worth playing, and that answer has been offered thousands of times here at AHQ and hundreds of thousands of times across the breadth of the Internet's many game playing forums.
