I get "You don't have access" signs when I want to start the game, but I have access.

I play FIFA 19 for a while now, I own the game since 2018 november. I have 3885 hours in it, so I think I do not have to prove that more, I have access to the game.

I attach a screenshot about the sign. This is the first time a see this bug, and I don't know how to solve it, so please help me.

I have the code what I redeemed in 2018 november, so you can check that I have the game.

I have several fewer problems since the Origin launcher programe changed to EA Play, but those are solved.

I tried to restart the launcher, the PC and everything, and I uninstalled and downloaded the game again, but nothing works.

Please help
