I can't get on ultimate team ps3

Whenever i try to log on to Fifa ultimate team it asks me to press some buttons with the captcha, i type in the right answers and it either says it is incorrect or it sends me back to the ultimate team main menu. I have not been able to get on ultimate team for 3 days now.
