How to reset player changes

So I was playing around with ratings of players, turned a few up amd a few down, but now I want to reset these changes because, Urm... They got a bit out of hand like Messi 0 rated. Is there any way for me to reset these changes? Pls help me

Hi jpd101497,

You should be able to reset your changes through the Customize menu, there should be a Reset Squads option.
