How do I get my career mode back that I accidentally deleted?

Okay so I couldn't find anything related to my problem, but I've just came on fifa 20 and all of my fifa 20 career modes are gone (I had 3) my fut is okay but my career mode saves are gone, anything I can do?

Thanks so much, it still applies in FIFA 21 and you saved my Crawley CM Mode

@EA_Darko , why do you keep saying it's not possible to retrieve, when clearly there has been a solution posted further up in the thread? Would be more helpful to point people to the solution that is working! Possibly only relevant for PS4, but still you should be highlighting it.
