How do I apply coaches on FUT?

i can't figure out how to add the goalkeeper coaches, fitness coaches, physio coaches. Anyone know how?

Just keep them in your club. When you apply a consumable you get extra bonus % shown on the staff cards added to the number shown on the consumable.

For example, if the total % shown on all the manager cards in your club totals to 50%, which is the limit, you will get extra 50% contracts when you apply a contract card on your players or managers.

For maximum effect fill up your club with various types of staff cards each totalling 50%.
