Here's the screen everyone in the world gets when loading FIFA 18 Xbox 360

This is what happens to every single person on Planet Earth when trying to access Ultimate Team in FIFA 18 (and 17 and 19) on Xbox 360.  

We paid a LOT of money on Ultimate Team and we would like to be able to play before the servers close next month  FIX THIS!

I don't get how you even announce a server closure and not even give a fair chance for anyone to play on the server

@anthonyd462 I've lost hope if I'm honest. Moderators in the spanish forums keep saying that there is nothing wrong with the X360 servers and that they can see people playing on them. They don't even answer any questions you have. That's all they say. Looks like EA is playing games at this point

@SNTLCMB I seriously wonder if the mods on here are bots for all the listening they do to us. I don't know how many times I can scream "THE ULTIMATE TEAM SERVERS DON'T WORK" without them going "have you tried turning your Xbox on and off?". It's such a joke and anti-customer service.
