Fifa 16 coins

In fifa 16 after every match ive played about 10 matchs but i received no coins also I've put players up on the transfer market which have sold I should have got 95k but these also haven't been received I can't even spend the coins I have aswell so how can this be fixed and will I get my coins back or my 4 players back
