Fifa 15 freezes afther the last update

Heloo, 

I have a problem afther the last update. The game freezes for 2sec during the game, online and local (on machine).

Alsow i have seen that the setings menu at the drop down resolution settings is written in chineze and has a lot of ?? at the other selectiong options (rendering quality, MSAAOptions etc.)

If i reinstall the game the settings are shown corectley ownly the first time.

Please fix this bug at the next update
