False Account Reset

So recently I packed a really good player, that was tradeable, I sold them for around 400k and sold 2 others for 200k, I had 800k coins but then I receive the message saying the following "WE WISH TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE FOUND YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR USER AGREEMENT OR OUR TERMS OF SALE, AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS VIOLATION WE ARE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO PERMANENTLY RESET YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT." I got the coins fairly, I didn't go on any site for these coins, all my tradeable players were taken away and my coins were also taken. This has been soo frustrating since I have tried many ways to contact them but I just cant. Please revert this since I spent actual money on this game, and its super infuriating.
