FIFA15 PS4 Pre-Order Packs code

Hello. When I bought FIFA15, they gave me a ticket that put DLC 15 Gold Packs.. the 25th swapped the code in PSN. Everything worked fine, but this didn't give me any packs this Monday. 

After a week, I haven't received anything. what can I do?

you have to access fifa 15 app through your phone to get this packs and any other gifts from fifa.
