I promoted a guy from my youth academy to my first team, he shows up in my first team squad selection but he stays in the youth academy as well then it then freezes when I try to access the youth academy and I also can't release the player from my 1st team either.....

No, dude, it's because you have someone with the same name either in the youth academy or on your first team. It sucks, but you just have to wait until they get fed up and leave. It works right away after that.

This is happening to me I'm angry im in 3rd season too Dixon it's doing it with.and he won't pop up in my squad.he goes in sell players and when I click a on him it shows. A GLITCHED club on the top right corner and crashes
