Is there a place to view the criteria for updating the stars on your Online Pro Club Team?

I unlock different stadiums based on the star level of my team, but I cannot find out what I need to do to upgrade the team to 4.5 stars. I assume we just need to win the next division and so on, but is there a place to view the specifics? (i.e Division 2 winner = 4 Stars.... Division 1 Winner = 4.5 stars)
