EA Login Verification code not sent

Hello,

I am trying to accesss EA, I get to the Login Verification, but it does not send me the code. Or when it does, it is few hours later and it will not work.

Can you fix this please?

We're aware of these issues occurring and it's something that is being looked into.

The verification code takes long time to send and by that time my request get expired what can I do !

I have been trying to figure this out and am losing my patience with ea! I cannot get ahold of anyone!!!!

Please help! Every time I try to use the ea.help it takes me to this verification code THAT IS NEVER SENT! I am a member of ea access and bought the $85 ea sports madden and can't play it!!!!
