Custom formations being erased when playing FUT [ Edited ]

There's been a bug where you have custom formations getting erased anytime you play a FUT game (in previous FIFAs). [as in, you go back to playing H2H Seasons and all your customs are permanently erased)

Has this been fixed for FIFA 15?
