Getting desperate, son (coveb23) purchased fifa 15 for xbox one, tried for 12 hours and was unable to connect to servers. tried on other sons xbox and connected immediately. Have been unable to contact any EA support people in AUstralia, have been trying for 2 days. I suspect it may be something to do with his account settings (origin??) but can't work out how to delete them so we can start again. any advise would be good

hello mate, had the same problem. try this.
Press start at the main Xbox One menu, then:
Settings -> Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear
Reset the console.
p.s any info on saved games wont be deleted

thanks if your on xbox 360 do this
network settings
test xbox live connection
then it works
