Can't connect to EA servers

Its been 5 days I cant connect to server on FUT, my connection works perfect, I even create a new account on FUT and no problem, when I go back to my account wich I purchase FIFA 22 ultimate edition I m nota able to play FUT . This is not a  Internet problem is my account EA support dont fix this ter os só bad they can fix my game!
