If you have no great expectations for the graphics, yes, you can.  Your i5 bests the minimum i3 handily; your 860M only barely beats the minimum GTX 650 (desktop version) by a small amount.

Ok, thank you. Another quick question (not that related to this one), if I purchase the game and download it in my computer, can I later download it in another computer?

You can have the game installed on another computer; you cannot try playing both copies at the same time.
