Dear Ea my friend and I have been permanently blocked from the transfer market because we transferred coins across to each other with the intention of forming one better team opposed to 2 average teams, but we never sold , bought or benefitted in any way by doing any business with third parties. We bought all the coins in questions via your shop, worth hundreds of pounds, and have been playing fifa for years, never having caused any problems and spending the big amounts each year as we love the game. We submitted cases via your support desk but both haven't received any replies. We would kindly ask for you to apply leniency as we didn't know coins we paid for are not allowed to be transferred between friends. We understand now that it is wrong and will never do it again. Our usernames are ma7born and kamslan88. Please could you look into our cases as we don't know how else to reach you for help. thank you very much

It's so weird, there are so many videos on youtube: how to make money/ how to snipe players..
how to buy 1000 players and sell them with a bigger price.. that is not affecting the transfer market?
So they banned my account for transfer coins between accounts. I have only one account.. they are not able to give me an answer after I raised 3 cases.
EA didn't reply since 6 days.. What was the route cause, what is the issue status
So keep playing)) and buy EA games..because some day they will give you a feedback.. probably.
I access the chat and James closed the chat .. with no reason/ with no answer ..because he can..because I play his game.
More than this he told me that if I raised another case, or I use again the chat, the process will be slow down)) What a joke.. man in support if the CLIENT ask you 3 times for an answer, give him an answer, not slow down the process.
I will raise a case every day until you will be able to give me an answer.. because this is not fair. I respect you , I buy your product. you need to show respect.

Imagine getting banned from the market for doing absolutely nothing.. Happened to me. Spent like 200 pounds on fifa points this year and this is how they treat me, i feel betrayed lmao.. EA please solve this because this can't be right.

Hello I’ve never transferred coins , I’ve just bought 2 players by mistake for 10k and one day I woke up and lost 50 k, I don’t know where but they disappeared. 2 days later I’ve lost another 50k . And then I’ve been banned by Ea from the transfer market . I’ve been a loyal client since fifa 2009 , please Ea fix my account .
