F1 Race Stars save game or profile bug [ Edited ]

For some odd reason I'm not able to see my friend's times in time trial mode which disables me from even trying to get the Ecto-won achievement. I have tried deleting my save game (kept a backup) same behavior with a new save game. I created another steam account because I own the game on steam (friended with my main account), shared my main account library and played the game with the new account on the same PC, I was able to see my main account times and even got the Ecto-won achievement with the new account. I honestly don't know what else I could try to fix the issue I'm having with my main account.
