F1 Race Stars purchase \ download DLC's

Hi there,

I was wondering, if there is anyway to still download the DLC's for this game on any platform. 
I have only recently started playing this game with my little sons and they absolutely love it.
The version I am playing with them is on the xbox 360. I understand that since this year the support for the xbox 360 has shut down so I might not be able to do it on the 360.

Does anyone know, if maybe the pc version or any other version still has the possibility to download and purchase the DLC's for this game.
Possibly using the backwards compatibility on the xbox one (which I currently don't have) ?
