Tiger wood pga tour 12 update for iPad

My iPad was destroyed so I had to replace it.  A lot of the games will not update including Tiger Woods PGA tour 12.  It says it must be updated by the developer.  How can I do that?

When I say will not update. I mean it will not load or work.  The app is there with a cloud to the lower left and says must be updated by the developer.

i have same issue- changed to ipad pro with ipados 13.3 tworks on my old ipda but not my new one

very frsutrating and no response from EA

your not going to get a reply from these people. I received Berryneil complaint and the guy before me probably got mine. dont bother to complain here. Thanks for nothing...
