Stuck at Notification APEX HQ

I have a Samsung S5 Active with 16GB of internal memory and 64GB on an SD card. After login it asks me if I would like to enable push notifications. At this point it no longer responds to anything. I have tried running the app off of internal memory and the SD card, as well as clearing the data and cache, and reinstall.
