Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes stuck in first tutorial battle

The very first battle after speaking in Cantina, battle fine but once all enemies destroyed nothing happens. Have reset device, re installed and cleared cache etc

@klawton69 On your device can you go into the setting, then go to Memory and Storage and select Advanced.   Select the keep cache option and place a checkmark next to Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 - if you could point me in the direction of how to find that I'd appreciate it. I've spent nearly 30 minutes trying to find these options
