Madden Mobile stuck on reward tier selection screen

I logged on to NFL madden mobile and since I played in this weekends tournament the game opened right to the reward tier selection page. I'm able to highlight / choose my packs for each tier however the claim button doesn't turn blue after my fifth selection. Because I cannot claim those packs I cannot play the game either. Tried restarting the app and my phone with no luck. EA support thinks it's an emerging issue and sent me some trouble shooting steps. Hope something works.. Gotta get that 118 LT.
