team builder won't let me log in on website

I have tried many times with 2 different accounts on many browsers to log in to team builder, and every time it says invalid credentials. Can someone tell me if its just my end or if team builder service has been completely shut down.

@NoTheCool I think the older site is out of commission, but the newer version (teambuilder 2013, there's a link at the top left of the teambuilder login page) seems to work ok.
