When I try to get FREE "Dungeon Keeper" it says "[nr ref. #FAILED_CHECKOUT_QUOTE]"...
Does anyone know how to repair this and grab free game??
(Running admin mode doesn't fix this)
It happens on both launcher and website.

@Wariat117 Is the same issue still happening?
If it is, please contact an Advisor and they should be able to check what is going on here:
1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

I cant redeem the currently On the House free Game, Dungeon Keeper,
Each time i try to get it it shows an error message that says "
I have been trying since this game came out a few days ago and i havent been able to succesfully ad it to my library either from my computer, cellphone or any other device.

Demo problem
When I try to intstall any trial or demo I get this error:
I keep getting this error for more than one week by now...

I've been waiting to connect to an adviser for over an hour now. I have the same issue anytime I try to add a new game direct from the client, the only way I can add a game is buying a key from a third party at an additional cost which sucks.
