kingdoms of amalur an unknown connection error

I'm trying to log into my EA account while playing Kingdoms of Amalur on ps3 and I'm receiving the error message "An unknown connection error occurred."  Are the EA servers no longer supporting this game or is there something else going on?

Hey @MrHuggles Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is not listed in the EA list of games which no longer have active servers so it should still be up and running: https://www.ea.com/service-updates/i-q

I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
