is EA sports locking out xbox 360

Has EA sports shut down the ability of people playing on xbox 360 to access and use the servers for NCAA football series?  If the answer is no tell me how to connect to them.

Servers on Xbox 360 for NCAA Football games have shut down, but they should still be up for NNCA Football 14. If you are trying to play this game in particular, we can take a look and try to get you back online. Are you getting an error message when trying to connect?
