Why do I keep getting error code 54005 when I am trying to make a purchase in Origin with my Paypal account?

Double check that the information from your credit card matches the information on your Origin account.

Hi @Osttin,

I meant  the information tied to the credit card linked to Paypal and the information in your Origin account. You cannot pay with a Paypal reserve, you need to have credit card attached to the account.

Check the address and zip code for instance. If they are different from the address and zip code of the credit card Paypal might not authorize the payment.

I have no credit card attached to my account.

I have made my purchases in the past with paypal.

Do I really need to add my credit card information to Origin to make any more purchases?
