bejeweled classic+bejeweled stars 'store not reachable'

so let me preface this by saying I'm running this on an amazon fire hd 10(2019 model)(all apps/system software up to date) with the play store and all dependent services installed(including play games) and I am able to reach the play store on other games(pocket tanks).

I cannot however reach the store on the fire hd 10, or my motorola moto G7.

I have uninstalled the app on the moto g7(Cant as I dont wanna lose the ad removal purchase on the fire tablet), power cycled, tried connecting to the store on cellular data(moto g7 only, fire tab doesn't support this) and even reset my house wifi.

help?
