Why Does Fight Night Champion not let me to accept the terms of conditions?

This happened to me when I just started the game, it said I need to accept the terms of conditions and that stuff and I 've tried to search the terms but is not even in the game settings or the menu itself, and I've tried to see in google, but I could not see anything about the thing.

Could someone please explain me why this is happening? oh yeah, I buy the game in disc if someone really wanna know.
