Unravel PC not working

hi, i have unravel through origin and it isnt working.  the game loads but only comes up as a very tiny screen in centre of my laptop.  i have spoken to ea who tried to help but couldnt in the end.  they said the system requirements are fine but then possibly my driver is outdated(it is uptodate) does anyone have any ideas or should i get a refund? i have attached my dxdiag file and msinfo file

That driver was released in 2014, can you try these steps https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers to ensure you have the latest drivers installed and let me know if that helps?

hi, thank you for the reply! that was one of the first things i checked. Intel says its the latest driver.

Gotcha, does the Can You Run It site say you're good to go as well? Looks like your PC may not be up to spec.
