Where is my product key for Tropico 3? I need to enter it but don't know how to access it!

Not all games available in Origin are made here at EA. For those titles and games that we didn't have a hand in getting out there, we usually aren't able to help you as well as the people who really put in the work.
While we're happy to help you with any issues between you making your purchases on the Origin store until you start installing, but after that point it's best to get help from your game's publisher:

Hi karakataco,
Before launching it, go to Origin > My Games and then right click Tropico 3 and choose "Show Game Details", you will see the product code listed there.

Be advised that when Origin sells games as a retailer, as opposed to when Origin acts as part of EA's official distribution system, support doesn't follow the sale. The developer and distributor continue to be involved in support:

I have today bought tropico 3, but it will not appear under "My Games" tab
in my order list, I can see I have paid but the game has a status called treats, it has done it the last hour even though the website says that max can go 30 minutes.
I have tried to update the "My Games" but without success.
there are some with a solution to the problem

First make sure that you have it set to show "All Games" and "All Platforms". If you cannot find it there, also check that it is not under "Hidden Games".
If you still cannot locate it afterwards, you will need to contact an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

I bought it a few days ago, the EA chat did not seem to be connecting me for an hour (though wait time 5 minutes), I bought the game then seeing it only works on MAC, I cannot play it at all since I have windows, it is now showing up in My Games in my origin, but I cannot play the game if I got it and I would like to return it... -_-
